Our other dumpster rentals, the 12 and 15 yarders are great for smaller projects around residential neighborhoods. Since they are smaller in volume, they can fit in practically any driveway or tight parking situation. That means you won’t lose as much space in your driveway during the duration of your dumpster rental. But besides the advantages their smaller size offers, there are several different projects they can be used for, which is the real advantage of a dumpster rental.

Of course, any of our dumpsters can be used for both household and construction purposes. All we need to know is what type of debris you will be filling up the dumpster with. However, there is one type of debris that we can only accept in one size dumpster. Clean concrete must be placed in a 12 yard container only. This is our special use dumpster that is strictly for hauling concrete. Since concrete is a lot heavier and denser, it cannot be transported along with household or construction debris. The disposal process for concrete is also different from that of residential and commercial waste, so it cannot be mixed in with dumpsters that are rented specifically for those types of debris.
